Spend your Sunday afternoon with Heartland and enjoy a premiere screening of A Plumm Summer, starring Henry Winkler, William Baldwin, Lisa Guerrero, Brenda Strong and three incredible young newcomers, Chris J. Kelly, Owen Pearce and Morgan Flynn.
Based on a true story, A Plumm Summer tells the remarkable tale of two young brothers Elliott (14) and Rocky Plumm (5) who go head to head with the FBI when their town’s beloved TV star and puppet, Froggy Doo, is “frog-napped” and held for ransom. But the journey is never what we expect, and by the end of the road, everyone has learned a lot more than just who stole Froggy Doo.
This exciting new film is great for school age kids and their parents! After the movie there will be a question and answer session with the Writer/Director Caroline Zelder as well as the three lead kids and Lisa Guerrero who plays Roxie Plumm, a party with refreshments, and fun activities for all ages! Hope to see you there.
